Because no two organisations are the same, and because groups of people within the same organisation often view the culture and capabilities quite differently, Real World Group have developed the following diagnostic tools as a basis for development:

• The Ethical Leadership Culture and Change Inventory (LCCI)T - an organisational 'audit' instrument which provides extensive feedback on the perceptions of different groups of internal and external stakeholders on how different groups perceive and experience the leadership capabilities and culture of the organisation.
• The Embracing Diversity Inventory (EDI)T - an organisational audit instrument, based on our extensive understanding of equality and diversity in organisations that enables organisations to assess their organisational capabilities and culture in relation to both valuing diversity and managing diversity effectively.

Both instruments can measure change over time to demonstrate positive improvements.
