2009 Open Accreditation Workshop
If you are interested in becoming licensed and trained to use the Transformational Leadership Questionnaire (TLQ) 360-assessment tool, we are running an open accreditation workshop on the 29th & 30th of April 2009.
The workshop will equip you with all the tools to take Transformational Leadership into your own organisation. You will learn about the background and validity of the TLQ and Real World Group’s Transformational Leadership model. You also learn one-to-one coaching methods and learn how to interpret 360-feedback.
