We are at the cutting edge of understanding of Equality and Diversity as a result of robust, high quality research. As an example, we conducted the largest most recent study of equality and diversity in career progression involving 2,000 public sector managers, and a unique study into discrimination in performance appraisal.
As a result of our understanding of the many aspects of equality and diversity, we have been asked to conduct research within organisations and across sectors, and members of our research team are often asked to speak at UK and international conferences to help others learn from our findings.
